Its not every day you find the time to spoil yourself with some valuable down time, so let us help you get the best of your experience.
We advice booking in advance to avoid disappointment. the following terms and conditions apply to all of our bookings.
Full payment is required at the time of booking by Credit/Debit card or a valid gift voucher number. All bookings are subject to availability and our ‘Cancellation Policy’. All prices include VAT and are per person.
All discount codes are to be applied during checkout. Once the purchase is complete, the discount cannot be refunded or applied retroactively.
On completion of your booking you will receive an automated email confirmation and a text reminder the day before your appointment.
Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher with you to present on arrival. If full or part payment for your visit is by gift voucher, this will become void if you fail to arrive. All other cancellation charges are shown under our ‘cancellation policy’.
Please note that all Gift Vouchers have a 6 month expiry from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against treatments or products.
About your health
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, medication or injuries that may affect your choice of Treatments when making your reservation. Our team will be happy to discuss any special requirements you may have and advise on which treatment will be most suitable for you.
We have specially designed Treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow our Team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. If you are in any doubt about having a treatment during your pregnancy, please ensure you check with your GP prior to making your reservation.
The minimum age requirement for treatments is 16 years.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you have a preference. We may not be able to change your therapist on the day.
We would advise that you arrive 10 mins prior to your Treatment to allow sufficient time to complete a health check form. As a courtesy to all our guests we do operate a prompt appointment schedule. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced or that we are unable to honor your booking. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be made.
We want all of our clients to enjoy their time in the salon. For your convenience WIFI is available with in the salon. We ask that all electronic devices are set to mute to ensure that all clients are able to relax and unwind. The use of electronic smoking devices is not permitted with in the salon.
We would recommend booking as early as possible before your visit to ensure there is availability for your chosen treatments.
We appreciate that not everything goes to plan all the time, and wherever possible we will do our utmost to accommodate your circumstances. However, to avoid disappointment, please be aware of the following terms, which apply to all bookings.

Cancellation within 48 hours of booking : Full payment
