Its not every day you find the time to spoil yourself with some valuable down time, so let us help you get the best of your experience.

We advice booking in advance to avoid disappointment.  the following terms and conditions apply to all of our bookings.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking via credit/debit card or a valid gift voucher number.

• All bookings are subject to availability and our Cancellation Policy.

• All prices are per person and inclusive of VAT.

Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout.

• Once a booking has been completed, discounts cannot be refunded or applied retrospectively.

• Discount codes are valid on single treatments only and cannot be used on packages or Treatment of the Month offers.

Confirmation

• pon completion of your booking, you will receive an automated email confirmation.

• A reminder email will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Gift Vouchers

• Please bring your gift voucher with you to present on arrival.

• If full or part payment is made using a gift voucher, it will be void in the event of a no-show.

• All other cancellation charges apply as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers may only be redeemed against treatments or retail products.

About your health

It is essential that you inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, health issues, allergies, medications, or injuries that may affect your suitability for treatment. This allows us to confirm, in line with our insurance requirements, that it is safe for us to proceed.

Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in the treatment being refused on the day. In such circumstances, the appointment will still be chargeable in full.

Pregnancy

We offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow our team to guide you in selecting the most suitable treatments during this special time.

For health and safety reasons, we now legally require written confirmation from your GP or midwife before any pregnancy treatment can be carried out. This must be provided prior to your appointment.

If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable during pregnancy, please consult your GP or midwife before making your reservation. Without the required medical confirmation, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment and the appointment may still be chargeable in full.

Age Requirements

• The minimum age requirement for treatments is 16 years.

Our Therapists

• Therapist preferences should be advised at the time of booking.

• We cannot guarantee therapist changes on the day of your appointment.

Arrival Times

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete a consultation form.

• We operate a prompt appointment schedule as a courtesy to all clients.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or inability to honour the booking.

• No refunds will be issued for reduced or missed treatment time due to late arrival.

Electronic Devices

• Free WiFi is available within the salon.

• We kindly request all electronic devices are set to silent to maintain a relaxing environment.

• The use of electronic smoking devices is not permitted within the salon.

Cancelation policy

We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate where possible. However, as our time is reserved exclusively for you, the following policy applies to all bookings:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in full payment being charged.

• Failure to arrive without notice (no-show) will result in full payment being charged.
