Its not every day you find the time to spoil yourself with some valuable down time, so let us help you get the best of your experience.
Please ensure you book your treatment in advance to avoid disappointment. A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required for all treatments over £20.00 upon booking. Any treatments under £20.00, full payment is required on booking. All bookings are subject to availability and our ‘cancellation policy.’
We kindly ask that you advice us of any health concerns, allergies, medication or injuries that may effect your choice of treatment, when making your booking. Our team are happy to discus any special requirements you may have and offer advice on which treatment would be best for you
We want all of our clients to enjoy their time in the salon. For your convenience WIFI is available with in the salon. We ask that all electronic devices are set to mute to ensure that all clients are able to relax and unwind. The use of electronic smoking devices is not permitted with in the salon.
We appreciate that not everything always goes to plan, and wherever possible we do our upmost to accommodate your circumstances. However to avoid disappointment please be aware of the following terms which apply to all bookings.
Failure to make your appointment or cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in the £20.00 deposit being taken.
Cancellation before 7 says of arrival the booking may be transferred and the deposit of £20.00 may be used at a later date.
