Re-charge (50 minute)

Hideaway in one of our snuggly beds and let your therapists melt away any stress and tension. Your therapist will select an aromatherapy oil according to your concerns, be they muscle pain, stress relief, relaxation or balance.

Start your treatment with a heated foot cleanse, followed by a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage designed to relieve any achy muscles. followed by an Indian head massage, to ease away muscle aches and pains and leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
